If you're unable to view jobs assigned to you, please review the following:
- Is this your first time launching the Atom app?
If so, your app will need to be configured so it can find your assigned jobs. Please check your email for the invitation email, "Welcome to Jumptech!"
Or your SMS log for a welcome text specifically for Atom
Please reach out to your Pathway Admin if you have not received the email or SMS to assist with configuration (e.g. resending the invitation or configuration information).
You should not have to reconfigure Atom unless you reinstall the app, or you select Logout and Reset from the menu (do not do this unless asked to do so, as you may lose data).
- Does your device have access to the internet/sufficient signal strength? Can you access other sites?
If you cannot access other sites, please reach out to your cellular service provider.
- Do you have a new device or a reinstalled Atom app? Or has Logout and Reset been selected from the Atom app's menu?
If so, you will reach the following screen in Atom
If you want to download the app on a new device or you have deleted and reinstalled it, you must ask your Pathway admin to resend the configuration link.
Please reach out to your Pathway admin if you have not received the email or SMS to assist with configuration (e.g. resending the invitation or configuration information).
- Are you logged into your Atom app?
Please login with your credentials. If you've forgotten your password, please select "Forgot Password" and enter your email or phone number that you use to sign in. If you've signed in before, you will be sent a code to verify your identity.
- Are you looking for prior completed jobs and/or incomplete jobs?
Only incomplete jobs or jobs completed between 5 days ago and 30 days from now will be visible in the Atom app.
