How do I show training appointments or absences on Atom?

Our latest version of the Atom app now shows other events that are scheduled within Pathway!

• 🔄 Full visibility: Holidays, Sickness, Absence, Training and other events are now visible within the tradesperson’s mobile field service application (Atom).
  
  
• 🔍Detailed Breakdown: Tradespeople can now click into other events within their mobile field service application (Atom) to view details, for example: the type of training that has been scheduled for training.

You can add these events 

1. Navigate to the Schedule
2. Click 'Add Event'
3. Select the 'Event type', for example 'Holiday'
4. Enter the information required, e.g. Engineer/tradesperson, a description and dates
5. Click save

This event will then show in the field service app, Atom, on the relevant date.

The tradesperson can click into the appointment to view more information too.
