Why am I unable to start a job in Atom?

If the Depart, Arrive, or Start buttons are not visible when you open an Atom job, it may be because the app has been running in the background for an extended period. In such cases, you need to close (or "kill") the app and restart it. Follow these steps based on your device type:

For Apple iOS Devices

• Devices with a Home Button:

  1. Double-tap the Home button to open the app switcher.
  2. Swipe up on the Atom app to close it.

• Devices without a Home Button (Newer iPhones):

  1. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause to open the app switcher.
  2. Swipe up on the Atom app to close it.

For Android Devices

1. Tap the Recent Apps button, usually located on the left-hand side of the Home button.
2. Either tap Close All or swipe on the Atom app to close it.

Restarting the App

1. Reopen the Atom app.
2. Perform a sync by dragging down on the job list screen.
3. The Depart button (and other buttons) should now be visible for the job.
