1. The Source: Customer Self-Survey (Relay)
The journey begins when a customer completes their self-survey.
Action: Customer records a video of their fuse box or cable route via the Relay link.
The "Crossover" Logic: The video is not "live" until the customer hits Submit.
Office Visibility: Once submitted, the video appears in the Relay Tab of the Project Details in Pathway.
Field Visibility: The video automatically syncs to the Relay Section within the Atom app for the assigned engineer.
2. The Review: Office Coordination (Pathway)
Before the job starts, the office team reviews the footage to ensure the job is quoted correctly.
Action: Admin reviews the video in the Pathway Portal.
Critical Constraint: If an Admin deletes a video in Pathway to save space or remove errors, it is instantly removed from the Engineer’s Atom app as well.
Adding Office Context: If the office wants to provide a "How-To" video for the engineer, they must upload it to a Custom Video Field or a Scheduled Note for it to be visible in Atom.
3. The Execution: Site Evidence (Atom)
The engineer captures their own "Installation Evidence" while on-site.
Action: Engineer records "Before/After" or "Cable Run" videos directly within the Atom job flow.
Sync Logic: Videos captured in Atom are saved locally first. They will only appear in Pathway once the engineer has a stable connection and the Upload Queue is clear.
Conflict Prevention: If an engineer is recording a video, the office should avoid moving the project status to "Cancelled" or "Draft," as this may interrupt the upload and cause the video file to be lost.
4. The Final Record: Compliance & Export (Pathway)
Once the job is "Submitted" from Atom, the lifecycle is complete.
Action: All videos (Relay + Atom) are now permanently attached to the Project Audit Log.
Exporting: When downloading a "Project Export" from Pathway, videos are provided as URL links in the CSV/Excel file, not as raw files.
