How to Access the Staging Environment in Jumptech’s Pathway?

This document provides guidance on how to log into the correct environment in Jumptech Pathway.

What is the Staging Environment?

The staging environment is a replica of the production environment that functions similarly but does not impact any live data. It is used to test project functionality and ensure all components—such as ATOM jobs, survey relays, action buttons, emails, SMS, document packs, and document generation—are working as expected before being implemented in production.

How to Determine if You Need Access to the Staging Environment?

• If you are an admin in the production (live/main) environment:
  Please reach out to Jumptech Support at support@jumptech.eco to have a user account created in the staging environment.
  
  
• If you are not an admin in the production environment:
  Reach out to your administrator in the production Pathway to request access.
  If you are unsure who the admin is in your organisation, please use this link for assistance.
  
  

Accessing the Staging Environment

Step 1: Verify the URL
To access the staging environment, make sure that the URL you are using is correct. Unlike the production environment, the staging URL will contain the word "staging". Please ensure you are using the correct URL for the corresponding environment.

• Production URL: https://{{tenant}}.jumptech.co.uk
• Staging URL: https://{{tenant}}.staging.jumptech.co.uk

Note: While the username and password used in production can be the same for staging, projects in production will not be visible in staging, and vice versa. Ensure you are logging into the correct environment.
