If you’re an Admin user and need to reset a user's password, follow these simple steps:

Go to the "Users" tab - Navigate to the "Users" tab located in the left-hand menu.

Find the User - Use the "Filter users" search bar at the top to quickly locate the user. Type in part or the whole name and the system will display matching users.

Open the Action Menu
Click the three dots on the right-hand side of the user's row under the 'Action' column. -
Select "Reset Password"
Click "Reset Password."
This action will trigger a password reset email sent directly to the user. The email will include clear instructions to guide them through securely resetting their password.
Example email
All users, whether Pathway or Atom, will receive the same password reset email. Atom users should pay special attention to the code included in the email, as it is required to complete the reset process.
Important Notes:
- Admins cannot create a temporary or new password on behalf of a user. The user must follow the instructions in the email.
- The password reset link is valid for 24 hours. If it expires, you will need to repeat the reset process.
