What is a Pathway Administrator?

A Pathway Administrator is a special user within your organization who has extra permissions to manage other users and settings. These administrators have access to additional features, including:

1. Users Tab
2. Settings Tab

What Can Pathway Administrators Do?
Administrators have the ability to manage important account tasks, such as:

1. Resetting passwords
2. Updating email addresses
3. Changing names
4. Modifying team assignments
5. Adjusting auto-assignment settings
6. Setting up standard quotes

Administrators can also promote other users to admin status if needed.
