What is a Pathway Administrator?
A Pathway Administrator is a special user within your organization who has extra permissions to manage other users and settings. These administrators have access to additional features, including:
- Users Tab
- Settings Tab
What Can Pathway Administrators Do?
Administrators have the ability to manage important account tasks, such as:
- Resetting passwords
- Updating email addresses
- Changing names
- Modifying team assignments
- Adjusting auto-assignment settings
- Setting up standard quotes
Administrators can also promote other users to admin status if needed.
