If you need to reset your own password, as you cannot access Pathway, follow the below steps.
- When attempting to log into Pathway you will be presented with the login form
- Click "Forgot password" underneath "Sign in"
3. Enter the email address you use to sign into Pathway to receive a password reset link via email, and click 'Resend reset link'
4. You will receive an email to your inbox for you to reset your password. If you do not receive the link, please check your junk/spam folder. You can also resend the link again by clicking the "Resend reset link" button:
5. From the email, click the "Reset your password" linked text - this will take you directly to the page needed to reset your password
6. Input your new password, following the password guidelines, and click 'Reset password' - you will then be logged in!
Please note: the requirements for a new password will display in red until they are met with the new password.
You can also ask an Admin user within your company to send a password reset email to you.
