This feature enables your customers to request assistance directly from the Relay form without leaving the page.
How it Works
Visibility: A "Help" button is visible on every page of the Relay form (translated to the user's language).
Requesting Help:
When the user clicks the button, a pop-up appears with their details auto-populated.
They can add a comment explaining their issue (e.g., "I don't have my VIN number").
Upon clicking Submit, they receive a confirmation message.
The Result (Internal View):
Submitting this form automatically triggers a Support Flag on the project in Pathway.
The user's comment is included in the flag details.
Note: If a Support flag already exists on the project, this new request will overwrite it.
