Overview
Atom now includes a dedicated Profile section. This allows engineers to view their contact details and, most importantly, update their Home Address directly within the app.

Accurate Scheduling: Ensuring accurate home addresses leads to better scheduling and assignment logic.
Single Source of Truth: Data syncs immediately between Atom and Pathway.
1. Guide for Engineers (Atom Users)
Accessing Your Profile
You can now access your personal details directly from the main navigation menu.
Open Menu: Tap the main menu icon in Atom.
Select Profile: Tap on the new "Profile" section.
Managing Your Address
Your home address is critical for accurate job scheduling. You can now add or update this yourself.
View Current Address: In the Profile section, you will see your current registered address.
Edit/Update: Tap the address field to enter a new location.
Validation: The system will validate the address format to ensure it is complete.
Save: detailed changes sync immediately to the back office system (Pathway).
Viewing Contact Details
Your profile also displays your personal details for verification.
Read-Only Fields: You can view your First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, and Email.
Note: These fields are read-only in Atom. If they are incorrect or missing, they must be updated by an administrator in Pathway. If a field is blank in Pathway, it simply won't appear in your Atom profile.
2. Guide for Administrators (Pathway Users)
Managing Engineer Addresses
While engineers are encouraged to update their own addresses, Admins have full permission to view, edit, or correct this data in Pathway.
Locate User: Navigate to the user list in Pathway.
Check Status: You can easily see if an engineer's address is marked as "Complete" or "Missing".
Update Address: Open the user record to manually enter or correct the address. This is useful if an engineer is unable to access the app or has provided incorrect details.
User Roles & Visibility
Role Requirement: The address status and profile features are linked to users assigned to a team with the "Engineer" role.
Contact Info: Ensure the engineer's Name, Phone, and Email are populated in Pathway so they appear correctly in the engineer's Atom profile.
3. FAQ & Limitations

Q: Why don't I see my phone number in my Profile?
A: If your phone number (or email/name) is not entered in the system by the back office (Pathway), that field will be hidden in your Atom Profile. Contact your administrator to have it added.
Q: Can I set a temporary address (e.g., a hotel)?
A: No, this feature is strictly for your permanent Home Address to assist with long-term scheduling.
