If you need to add a new Tradesperson/Engineer, please follow the steps here so they can then login.
Logging in via SMS
- Upon clicking the link in the SMS, the tradesperson will be directed to the Atom app on their app store to install it
- If they already have the app, the app will be opened
- Once completed, the tradesperson can open the app and set a new permanent password, which applies to all Jumptech systems (i.e. Pathway and Atom)
- The tradesperson will then be logged in and ready to go!
Logging in via Email - opened on a phone
- Upon clicking the link in the email from their mobile/cell that they wish to use Atom on, the tradesperson will be directed to the Atom app on their app store to install it
- If they already have the app, the app will be opened
- Once completed, the tradesperson can open the app and set a new permanent password, which applies to all Jumptech systems (i.e. Pathway and Atom)
- The tradesperson will then be logged in and ready to go!
Logging in via Email - opened on a desktop laptop/computer
The email the tradesperson receives specifies not to open the link on a desktop computer/laptop. However, if this is done by mistake, they will be directed to the Atom instructions page, which allows them to login in two ways:

Scan a QR code with their chosen device’s camera. The QR code will take them to the link that is sent in the email and SMS, or;

They can click on manual links to install, configure and then login
What if I have logged in before but re-installed the app since?
In this case, your Admin user for the Pathway back office system will need to resend a link to you. The steps can be found on this article here.
