If you have "reset" your Atom app and need to re-configure the app in order to login, you will need to ask your Admin user to send you a re-configuration email.
Your Admin user can then:
- Click on the "Users" page (on the left hand menu)
- Locate the user - you can use the "Filter users" bar at the top to search
- Click the 3 dots on the right hand side under 'Action'
- Click 'Resend Atom Configuration Info'
- This will send an email and/or SMS to the user with instructions on how to re-configure Atom, e.g.:
- Click the link whilst on the device you will be using Atom on - this will then take you to Atom and be configured for you to log in and get started
