How do I reset my Atom password?

If you're unable to access Atom and need to reset your password, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Atom login screen. You’ll see the standard login form.

2. Click “Forgot password” located below the “Sign in” button.

3. Enter your registered email address or mobile number associated with your Atom account, then click “Forgot Password”.

4. Check your email or SMS for a password reset message.
This message will include a 6-digit verification code.

5. Enter the verification code into the password reset screen in Atom.

6. Create a new password that meets the password guidelines, then click “Set new password”. You’ll be redirected to the login screen. Log in using your new password.
