Our customer support portal provides you visibility of tickets raised that are associated to your Company or that you are CC'd on.
Getting set up
- Head to our Support Portal, found here
- If you have not logged in before, set up an account
- Enter your name and email
- You will receive an email asking you to set up a password
- Once completed, you have access to the portal and can click on your name in the top right to view:
- Your Profile
- Your Requests
It's super easy!
