Why am I unable to login to Atom or Pathway?

How to login to pathway and Atom

There is usually one of a few reasons as to why you may be unable to log into Atom or Pathway. 

1. Incorrect password: Password resets can be completed by following this article HERE.

2. Incorrect username. Confirm the username with a member of staff that has admin access to Pathway.

Usernames are either Email address or mobile number, usernames are case sensitive and must match in Pathway. Mobile numbers are either 07*** or +44***.

3. Account is in a locked state. 

You may need to confirm the account status or username with a member of the office staff that has access to Pathway.
