Overview
This guide explains how Pathway users can resubmit a DNO application from any status other than "Approved" within the DNO Application tab. This feature eliminates the need to contact Jumptech support for manual database updates.
When Can You Resubmit a DNO Application?
- If the application was made using the new ENA DNO integration

If the application is in "Submitted" status, you can cancel the application.

If the application is "In Review," you can manually reject it.

If the application is "Approved," resubmission is not allowed.

If the application has not yet been submitted, resubmission is not allowed.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Canceling a Submitted DNO Application
Applicable Status: Submitted

Navigate to the DNO Application tab in Pathway.

Locate the application with a Submitted status.

Click on the ‘Cancel Application’ button on the right-hand side of the screen.

The application status will change to Rejected.

A message will appear stating ‘Manually Rejected’.
2. Manually Rejecting an In-Review DNO Application
Applicable Status: In Review

Navigate to the DNO Application tab in Pathway.

Locate the application with an In Review status.

Click on the ‘Manually Reject’ button.

The application status will update to Rejected.

A message will appear stating ‘Manually Rejected’.
3. Application Status Restrictions

If the DNO application is in Approved status, you cannot resubmit or reject it.

If a DNO application has not been submitted, resubmission is not available.
