Can I change my Time Zone in Pathway?

Pathway supports international customers by allowing you to schedule and view projects across multiple time zones. This feature is particularly useful for teams operating in different regions. For instance, a central team in one time zone can schedule projects across various destinations, ensuring that all times are correctly aligned with the target time zones.

Changing Your Timezone

Follow the steps below to view and change your timezone:

1. Access the Timezone Settings:

   • Click the dropdown menu next to your username located at the top-right corner of the menu bar.

   • 

2. Select Your Timezone:

   • Click on the "Timezone" dropdown to view the list of available options.

   • Use the search functionality to quickly locate your desired time zone. Simply type the destination, and the list will filter accordingly.

3. Confirm Your Selection:

   • Click on the desired timezone. The screen will refresh, updating all dates and times across Pathway to match your selection.

4. Scheduling Confirmation:

   • When scheduling, the system will display the current timezone you’re using. This ensures accurate planning, whether you’re coordinating across London, New York, or any other location.

Important Notes

• The timezone settings within Pathway do not affect any external communications, including customer notifications or messages.

• Ensure you verify the timezone setting during scheduling to avoid discrepancies.

• The timezone changes made in Pathway will not be reflected in Atom as the handset will control the locale information displayed

• Pathway will remember the previously selected timezone and will use that unless you either change it, clear cookies or open Pathway on another device.
