This guide details what the Quote Acceptance feature is, how you can use it and how to get set up.
What is it?
- Allow prospective customers to effortlessly accept or decline quotes with a single click on any device ✅
- Streamlines the quoting process for both installers and prospective customers 😍
- Powerful automation removes tedious manual steps, emails, phone calls, and spreadsheets. 🙌
What does this mean?
-
Effortless decision-making: Prospects simply click to accept or decline quotes in their email at any point, on any device, saving time and reducing abandonment risks.
-
Insightful intelligence: Quickly adjust and re-quote with insights into quote rejections, optimising project flow.
- Enhanced customer experience: Simplified quoting, enhanced satisfaction and trust from quote to completion.
How does it work?
- In Pathway, create a quote in the Quote tab as you normally would
- Send the quote to the customer via your Jumptech action buttons
- The customer will receive an email with the quote for them to review and accept or decline
Our standard email looks like this (your email may be slightly different according to your brand and customised email templates): - When your customer selects the button 'Review Quote' in the email, a new webpage will open which will show the total cost. The customer then has the option to select Accept or Decline quote
- The customers response will be shown in Jumptech in the "Quote Response" box, within the "Quote" tab:
a. If the customer selects 'Accept,' the quote will be shown as Accepted in this box and we can automatically trigger this to progress to the next status e.g. "Quote Accepted"
b. If the customer selects 'Decline', the quote will be shown as Declined in this box and we can either automatically trigger this to progress to "Quote Rejected" or to send an email to yourselves with the project link so you can decide on next steps.
