Standard Quote Templates

How to configure and use Standard Quote Templates

This feature allows Quote Templates to be created for standard offerings saving you having to manually enter the same quote information. Quote Templates are linked to a Project Type, so Quote Templates can be created specifically for standard offers per Project Type.

Configuring Standard Quotes

1. Navigate to Settings
2. Select Standard Quotes
3. Select Add
4. Enter a Name for your Standard Quote
5. Select a Project Type from the drop-down menu
6. Enter the Quote Details
7. Click Save

Using Standard Quote Templates

1. Navigate to the Quote tab within your chosen Project
2. Select the pencil icon to the right-hand side of Quote Details
3. Select your template from the Standard Quote drop-down menu
4. Enter any other required information
5. Click save
