What is the Activity log in Pathway?
Every Event that takes place within a Project in Pathway is recorded in the Activity log.
An Event could be a change in Project Status, an SMS or email being sent, or a Job being scheduled and assigned to an Engineer.
Below are a few examples of Events within the Activity log.
You'll also be able to see the Status of an Event, the Date it was carried out, who it was Actioned By, and any useful Details relating to the Event. Below is an example of a successful Event in Pathway.
If an Event is unsuccessful, you will see a cross under the Status field as opposed to a tick. If an Event is unsuccessful, the Details should tell you why. You can also contact the Support Team (support@jumptech.eco) for further assistance.
