Requesting a change to Jumptech

You can submit specific change requests through our simple web forms, for the following requests:

Simply complete the form and a ticket will be automatically created for our Support team to review and triage. You will receive confirmation of the submission too!

Please note, there may be a Professional Services cost associated to your change, which will be confirmed to you once our team have reviewed your request.

Anything that is not currently covered by the above will be coming soon!

For new project types, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager. For general Atom, Pathway or Relay changes please contact support@jumptech.co.uk as normal.
