How to amend information in Pathway

Correcting information in Pathway can be done easily.

There may be times when some information obtained during different stages of a project is incorrect or changes and needs to be amended. 

Information can be updated in the project view within Pathway. Within each tab, you will see the boxes of information. Any than can be edited will show a pencil icon in the top right corner.


For example, to update the customers Details, simply click on the pencil in the details box and the edit view for that section will open.

TIP: This is the same process for all sections of the project that have a pencil in the top right corner. 

 

When editing information within Pathway it is important to ensure that all required fields contain data , in order to save your changes.

For example, in the Details box shown below, we can see that all fields are required. We know this because there is an asterisks (*) at the end of each labe. The Save button will not work if there is missing information in a required field.
